Patrick O'Kane I have to thank Jon Savage for putting the studio version of "The Comb" on an installment of his great Punk 45 series. Every time I heard it, it really did what great music does to its listeners. Now I have a pair of very happy ears with "Your Choice Of Sides" by The Waitresses. R.I.P. Patty Donahue

rparmar One of the best bands from the "new wave" period. This is a strange collection of rarities, but fans will want to have it all. Favorite track: CLONES.

ccurts "The Comb" (Live)rocks my world. such an infectious beat, with the cleverly simplistic lyrics of Chris Butler, and the late Patty Donahue doing what she did best. Favorite track: THE COMB (LIVE).

phil obbard The Waitresses are best known for their 2 hits, but their whole catalog is full of well-written, strong New Wave material. This set is a perfect compliment to the Just Desserts 2CD set put out by Omnivore a few years ago, and a treat for Tin Huey fans, too. Favorite track: THE COMB (LIVE).

about

A collection of outtakes and obscuriosities.

Please also consider the Tin Huey releases that contain some of these songs. You won't regret it.
